The chassis on this vehicle is Jig-Welded with parallel ladder frames of heavy wall 2" x 4" rectangular steel tubing with large diameter outriggers. The frame incorporates front and rear crumple zones. The door hinges, steering column and windshield pickup-points are incorporated onto the main chassis. The body consists of hand laid fiberglass panels with steel tube reinforcements in all openings. All mounting points are plated and the doors, hood and trunk are double skinned for added reinforcement. The Body is bonded to the chassis and is completely non-stressed. Because the bodies are non-stressed, they will never show pit marks, print-through or stress cracks!! The front suspension is fully independent with unequal length A-arms and adjustable coils over telescopic shock absorbers. The instrumentation and controls are Original style instruments specially manufactured by Smiths of England. The shifter and handbrake are hand crafted.
